This is the experience of a life time, travel to Russia and go on a snowmobile safari.

Safari in Kirovsk, Russia
~ Total of 5 days, includes 1.5- 2 day safari and 3 days of combined travel and other activities.
~ The trip starts from Rovaniemi and returns back to Rovaniemi
~ we will have local Russian guide and snowmobiles

Schedule of the safari

1st day:
- arrive in Rovaniemi
- you will be chartered to Pyhä
- overnight stay in Pyhä

2nd day:
- breakfast
- preparing for the trip
- travel to Russia
- shopping at the destination
- dinner

3rd day:
- breakfast
- snowmobile safari to the hiipina mountain 120km
- lunch at the trail
- arrive at the safari destination
- sauna
- supper
- evening activities

4th day:
- breakfast
- snowmobile safari in the mountains
- fishing
- lunch
- charter ride back to Finland
- shopping
- dinner
- arrive back in Pyhä
- overnight stay in Pyhä

5th day:
- charter ride back to Rovaniemi
- good byes

Any safari participant will need to provide:
- visa to russia and passport
- travel insurance
- find your way and transportation to Rovaniemi

Season:::
Season starts as soon as we get enough snow to open the trails, usually in the beginning of December and will end when the snow melts off the trails, usually sometime in April.

Safari and Tour season is from beginning of December ----> end of April

What a another great season again, this was the best season yet. Thanks to our customers, staff and everyone involved. Sinikka and Raimo have really created something special for all of us.

Dec 1st 2007
Season opened successfully. We have plenty of snow and reservations. Snowmobile trails and ski slopes are open. All services are open.

Nov 14th 2007 Finally we have 20cm snow on the ground, so hopefully we will be driving withing 2 weeks.

While we are waiting for the first snow fall, the reservations have started to come in for safaris and rentals. Make sure you get your a reservation in on time, so the date(s) will be still available.

We have started prepairing for the next season and cant wait until the first snow :). Should not be more than 5 months, until the season starts.
